Return/Cancellation:

Numerical Innovations (a Division of Caneberra Technologies, Inc.), offers you a risk free for 30 day money back guarantee on all of our software products. We are sure you will be pleased with its features, ease of use and reliability. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 30 days and if we cannot correct the problem, we will refund your money. Guaranteed.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (as provided on our invoice).

A clear and reasonable explanation must be given for the dissatisfaction of the software product. If it involves a bug fix or other problem and we are unable to resolve the issue the customer will receive 100% reimbursement. Upon initiation of this reimbursement, customer agrees to certify in writing the destruction of all software, license keys, and any Confidential Information received. 

 

Standard Maintenance:

With every purchase you receive the following free.

Free E-Mail Technical Support for 12 months from the date of your purchase.

Free lifetime access to the User Support Forum, and have the ability to post any questions directly on the User Support Forum.

We do offer technical support on an on-demand basis for customers whose Standard Maintenance has expired. Charges for this service start at $50 for email support, and $75 for License key replacement or retrieval. The on-demand support is payable with credit card only.

 

LIFETIME Maintenance Plan (Optional):

At the time of your order placement, you may optionally purchase our Lifetime Maintenance Plan (LMP). The Lifetime Maintenance plan includes secure login access to receive every upgrade, update, & bug fix; plus get priority technical support from our staff, and license key replacement in the event of a lost license, or computer transfer.

The Lifetime Maintenance plan is good for as long as we continue to develop the software product you have purchased and provides you with an excellent return on investment (ROI).  What this means is, you are eligible to receive every upgrade, update, new release, and bug fix -- there will never be any additional charge for you. 

Transferability:  The LMP is intended to be valid for your lifetime usage of the product.  In the event the original user leaves the company, the LMP may be transferred to another user at the same company.

Cancellation:  The LMP may NOT be transferred to another company, entity, or international site location (for example if your company or division relocates to a different country). In such an event that LMP will be voided, and a new LMP may be purchased for that specific company, entity, or international location.
