|Office Hours: Our office hours are between 9:00AM to 6:00PM Pacific Standard Time (Monday thru Friday except holidays). If an order is placed during non-business hours, the conversion service time begins at 9:00am the following business day.|
|Liability: While we make every effort to ensure the translated files are perfect, it is your responsibility to verify they will meet your requirements. We are not liable for any loss or damage occurred from usage of the converted files.|
|One design or layout per Conversion. Only one design or layout is permitted per conversion. For example if you have 20 separate DWG files, each will need to be converted independently.|
