Package Pin Editor.  Easily edit and modify all Component Package Pins.

Add Pin.  Ability to create a separate Pin # and Name.

Package Pins now display separate Pin # and Name in editor.
Export NC Drill has been improved.
Insert Job... Default is a single Insert. Previously 2x2 arrayed insert was the default.
20 other minor bug fixes have been made.
