Refund Policy for Numerical Innovations, Inc.
We offer 3 different license models, and each has a unique return policy.  Please view your type of license model below for the appropriate return policy. Should you have any additional questions, please contact our sales team:  sales@numericalinnovations.com

 

1.  Subscription (Month-to-Month)
The service begins when we confirm your initial payment. We will charge you the fee stated at the time of purchase monthly until you cancel. Once the fee has been charged at the start of each month, that charge is final and no refund is available. The fee is subject to change—but we’ll always notify you beforehand. You can cancel any time by contacting our sales team:  sales@numericalinnovations.com. Cancelling your membership stops the charge at the start of your next billing term—but your service will continue through the end of your current term.

2.  Subscription (12-Month)
Payment:
Each month during your one year term, we'll bill your credit card the fee stated at the time of purchase plus applicable tax. As soon as you've successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your membership will begin.
Renewal:
The price is valid for a full 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically unless you cancel. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.
Cancellation:
We'd hate to see you go, but if you cancel you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. If you ever need to cancel, just contact our sales team:  sales@numericalinnovations.com

3. Perpetual (Permanent License)
Numerical Innovations(a Division of Caneberra Technologies, Inc.), offers you a risk free 30 day money back guarantee on all perpetual software products. We are sure you will be pleased with its features, ease of use and reliability. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 30 days and if we cannot correct the problem, we will refund your money. Guaranteed.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (as provided on our invoice).

A clear and reasonable explanation must be given for the dissatisfaction of the software product. If it involves a bug fix or other problem and we are unable to resolve the issue the customer will receive 100% reimbursement. Upon initiation of this reimbursement, customer agrees to certify in writing the destruction of all software, license keys, and any Confidential Information received.  If warranted, a de-activation fee may apply.

* International customers (non-US):  At your request, we are happy to provide full-featured trial licenses to completely test and review our products before purchase.  However for security purposes, all international orders (non-US) are final.
